A coworker came to my desk last week to tell me the story of her great-nephew who lost his battle with leukemia. How difficult it must be to lose a 15 yo child. Sending a card just seems so inadequate but it is the least I can do. Here is what I am sending off to the family. Just simple stamping with the pocket silhouettes in Basic grey, stamping twice before reinking. I used a Sakura enamel pen to place a dot onto each flower. I used a scallop punched piece of cs for my clouds, using Soft Sky. The ribbon is recycled from a package and the Butterfly is MS, but I used an embosser to create the center body and lines in the wings. Thanks for looking.

Sympathy cards are always difficult to make. Your card is gorgeous! The family will be blessed to receive it! I am glad you explained your techniques as I thought the clouds were DP. Now something I will try. Awesome job!
