Card from left-overs for my neighbor. I had one of these lil bears already colored and flocked, ready to go- so I had a card for my neighbor in a jiffy. (Whew!) The image was watercolored, flocked and popped. So easy!

'Flocked and popped' is that allowed on SCS?!?! Should this card come with a sensored rating - I am not sure....a bit suspect to me - maybe it is a cultural thing! LOL! Great card Pat - I love these last minute ones, even if they are 'flocked and popped!' Your neighbour will be blessed!! Thanks for sharing - I think!!!
