I just finished my Christmas card for my wonderful husband, Gerry. No waiting until the last minute for me!
I have Dawn (flowergal36) to thank for this. I had bought the stamp a few weeks ago, but I just couldn't get the coloring right. Then Dawn used it for SC207 (SC207 First Love by flowergal36 at Splitcoaststampers. So I totally CASEd her card. I changed out the paper and used narrow strips of mulberry paper instead of ribbon. I had to fake the poinsettia leaves with a flower punch that I added texture to with my stylus and some colored pencil. I added some stickles to the fur on the little girl's coat and the ornaments on the Christmas tree.
I can't wait to give it to Gerry on Christmas morning. Thanks for taking a look. Merry Christmas

Oh Mary Ann he is going to LOVE this. I think it is so sweet. How awesome that I could be an inspiration. This stamp is a little tricky. Sooo many small areas to color. GREAT job. Let me know what he says. I know my hubby would love it. TFS
