I chose it because I liked the long format and the colors.
I changed the image to a seahorse because I don't have any mermaid stamps. I took away the versamarked starfish at the bottom and added versamarked fish to the top. I subbed black lines for your stitching and added some silver cording to the bottom. Also, my sentiment in on the inside of the card and reads "If you're feeling blue, try painting yourself a different color. Hannah Cheatam Age - 8"
I stamped my seahorse onto watercolor paper and colored him in with SU markers and an aqua painter. His crown and frills have been glittered. After I cut him out, I went around the edges with a black marker to make him really stand out against the background. Oh, and he's also popped up with dimesionals.
I'm quite happy with the final result... thanks Paula for the inspiration!
