This Last Minute Challenge (Ways to Use It) was just what I needed to pull together a couple of 'neighbor' gifts! Like everyone, short on time and for me, running short on momentum, the challenge got me moving - thanks!
I happened to pull this Snowman gift box out of my Christmas stash and love that it matches the (retired) Wintergreen dsp I still have. I wrapped a strip of dsp around three little play-dough containers, secured together with glue dots (times two for two kids.) I cut some 1x3 strips of dsp scraps and wrapped them around 6 little Hershey nuggets and tucked those into a Build A Brad tin. Pul a belly band of the Wintergreen dsp around it and tied off with a piece of Blue Bayou double stitched ribbon and a Nesties die cut. The candy canes are another nestie punched with the slit punch to slide over (thanks for such a cute and easy idea Michelle Wooderson)
I tucked them all into my snowman box, added a small box of (store bought) carmel cookie waffles (love love love affair with them!) and tied off with a longer piece of the Bayou ribbon.
Hurray for a fast and easy gift - now to get it delivered!
