I love these girls, they just appeal to me on every level and I knew when the lovely Pat Smethers sent it to me in her generous RAK I would be using it soon. I love the sketch challenges, I always wonder what I am going to do when I first look at it, once I start...I end up using them all a lot, so thanks Roxie for your commitment to this challenge!!
I don't have the exact colours so have done the best with what I have, although I must say thanks to sweet Peggy, I now have grey. I used Dimensional Magic on the hairdryer hoods, to make them look more metalic and I have to add that, especially for those more modest among us (I'm not going to name Deborah (aka debzi333) who found that the 'Here's to being Gorgeous' girls on a precious SC showed too much skin for her liking) I have added a fine layer of lace to the 'beauty'on the left, who was being rather daring with her legs crossed and showing a bit more thigh than some would like...you may have to look carefully to see it as it s white lace, but it is there!!! Deborah my friend, I am now cross eyed and maybe for the rest of my life, but I just had to do this for you LOL!!!
I hope you like this card, which fits two challenges (yay)....thanks for looking, hope you can see the lace, and thanks for your comments, they are encouraging and fun to read!!!

Lovely Linda, it is certainly true that some others - such as Pat Smethers, and maybe Brat Cards, or was it MarilynnPreston - or was it Anne Ryan... oh I just can't think of who it was who showed off that shameful barely clothed bunch of ladies in their card! Needless to say - I blushed to the tips of my toes, being the lovely lady that I am..
I'm so glad that you've put lace on this * beauty * on the left - but I'd be horrified to think that you meant that beauty bore any resemblance to me!!! I mean look at that huge long beak of a nose!! That could only belong to someone who stuck their nose into someone's business when they were not invited - which brings so many SCS's er's to mind - was it our dear friend Schirmcat that poked her nose where it wasn't wanted - designating some as naughty - and some as nice???
Yes, I am certain that I am correct !! I guess that modest * beauty * must be Schirmcat who has stuck her big long nose into some many's business... or could it be the lying Anne Ryan... who admits to cheating in all of the challenges????? Has her nose grown to Pinnochio proportions???
All I can say for certain that is that that * beauty * - while modest - certainly couldn't be me!!!
But the card is most lovely and thoughtful, Lovely Linda!!

My dear Deborah, how funny you are!! How could one even think for one moment that someone of your calliber (sp?!?) would ever be compared with this less than glamourous 'beauty' who it would seem is undergoing beauty therapy right as we speak!!! The only reference to you sweet Deborah was your extreme (and might I add appropriate) modesty. I am almost hesitant to inform you, that the culprit that showed off that 'shamefully barely clothed bunch of ladies', was none other than...gulp...me, you can refer back in my gallery!! BUt I might add, in my defence...I consider myself 'enlightened' to this shameless gesture LOL!
Glad you like the card...hugs to you!!

Debouuuuurah? Modest? Surely you can't mean Yakky- the COM Queen, and woman of few words! No!
OMGosh Linda, this is so funny! Your coloring is beautiful. I hope your eyes go back to normal, but if not, I say it is worth the effort! LYMI

This is so cute and fun - and a great job with the colors!!! I have a hair appointment this morning and am bringing a card I made; it would be cool to have one like this.
