I could lie and tell you I was going to make a set of these seaside scenes, but the truth is I thought rather than pack up the papers from yesterdays, I would use them to make another card - I guess I was being lazy in a creative kind of way!!! Hey, I am believing it...let me dream for a while!!!
The colours from this challenge are great with these images, in my opinion, the facts are that they would look good in any colours!!! The image is part of my RAK from Peggy and friends....such a serene picture...how I would love to be there right now!
I made this card for a dear friend who is calling over shortly after visiting her father in hospital, he is in his last days of cancer, so this scripture is perfect for her....perfect for all of us really, we all need that reminder!
Well, thanks for stopping by and looking at my scraps...JOKING, couldn't resist....for looking at my card....I hope you like it and THANKS for your kind comments, I read and appreciate each one of them!
EDIT: The square gems are from my Mum who sent me some of her carft supplies and I thought that they represented STOP!!!

Linda, you used the perfect image and sentiment for the situation. What a tender heart! This card just speaks peace, and that is what your friend will need right now. Your card is lovely.

Ohhh - got my mom off the phone.. now I can really have a good look! What beautiful card!! I agree - that image is so lovely and perfect - and the sentiment is just the wonderful for your friend. Having lost my dad to cancer 1 1/2 years ago - and he was just 66 at the time - it is really a rough time to go through... so thoughtful of you! Blessings and prayers go out to you and your friend and her father..

Beautiful Linda. Just love this paper, scrap or not. We can create with whatever! Love the square gems, I had a few and notice that I don't use them, do we call that "hoarding"...nah, not me. LOL Love the scripture and the coloring too.
The image came from Pat, I know you say Peggy and friends and I do appreciate you mentionning that all the time. You are so sweet, it's kinda like I was there right next to you feeding them on... I'm so happy you are creating treasures for the soul with them. I know the "friends" feel the same way. TFS Lovely Linda, because that's what you are too me.
