With this card the image is stamped first with Black StazOn ink onto the Vellum and set aside to dry (this takes a little while because of the type paper vellum is). While this is drying, I punch out my squares from the Blue CS and stick them to the White CS leaving a 1/16th" border on each side. When the image is dry, I turn it over and colour it from behind with the Tombow's. This gives me a much softer look and there is no need for either an Aqua or Blender pen.
To make up the card, I centre the stamped and coloured vellum piece, right side up, in the middle of the Square's piece and stick it down (hiding the tape behind the coloured parts of the image). Then I put a Red Eyelet in each corner with my Silent Setter. Finally, I centre and stick this piece to a Red base card.
