The photo doesn't capture the shimmer and sparkle of this card which gives it the impression of light dusting of snow. The layer directly under the main image is vellum that I stamped with white dots using white craft ink and and dotted more with a white signo pen. While the ink was still wet, I sprinkled on Dazzling Diamonds glitter and it dried right in the ink. The sentiment is stamped once on white cardstock and then a layer of vellum coveres it to give it a frosty feeling. I used the white signo pen there too to make the snowflakes.
