The pendant is much more folk artsy, but I did the best I could with paper piecing!
I used a sheet of fabulous dp from Anne Ryane in the background (thank you Anne!). Both cats are cut out freehand. I used striped stamps for one of the cats and the base of the bench in front of the window. The spotted cat is colored with Prismacolors.
I put clear embossing powder over the window image for the appearance of glass panes. Topped this with white gloss stock mitered in the corners for the window panes.
Hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Wow you need to put those cats on a diet M. LOL But they do have a certain backhind charm! Love your freehand cut! Very lovely take on the tag, you're good, and I would even go as far to say that you are excellent even! TFS

How absolutely perfect. I love those big fat contented cats looking out at the grass growing. Or are they watching the birds - my cat once caught a bird from an upstairs window.
I really like this, I could spend some time looking out the window with those cats for company.

This is delightful!!! What a lovely card! I really liked that pendant too. I often find my two cats positioned just so in front of my kitchen window, now that the snow is here.
