I created this birthday card for the collection. I loved the sentiment inside, which is an older Art Impressions stamp and says "Wishing you a birthday bright with sunshine and warm with love." That gave me the inspiration for the color palette which is warm and sunny (and definitely not Christmas colors which is nice for a change."
I was able to produce six copies of the card in less than an hour because I stamp many images and keep them upstairs to color when I am sitting with DH in the evening watching TV or whatever. Then I usually have a stash of colored images ready to go when I am ready to make cards. This image is from my stash and there is no label to indicate the manufacturer. If anyone recognizes it, please let me know and I will edit this entry. The image was stamped on Neenah solar white with sepia VersaFine and colored with Tombow markers. The cardstock is Bazzill and the DP is Imagination Project Gin X. The sentiment is a Cloud 9 stamp stamped with VersaColor then cut with my oval nesties. Given the subject of the image, I felt as if I HAD to sew on the card. I think it gives a nice finishing touch. The bottom of the orange mat was run through a Martha Stewart punch and it was done. Six of them were done, that is.
