Using the Big Shot Envelope and Scallop Circle, I decorated with Season to Share die cut elements on envelope (with Chunky Glitter around edge on one) and Old Saint Nick rub-on for the scallop circle. Inside the envelopes I put a selection of the Felt Flurries.
I put the envelope in a Medium Cello Bag, did not fold Cello Bag, folded in half & put the Topper on and held with clip so I could punch all layers with 1/8" handheld punch. Then with it still clipped together, I folded my rbbon in half, tied a knot about 2/3 down, leaving enough length on the 2 tails to thread through the back of the topper to front and tied a knot bow.
This was so simple and something different than a Incentive Stamp.

After downloading and looking at my picture, I realized I forgot to punch the scalloped circle around the edges of one!!! Also the other one has a $10 bill under the topper which I forgot to take out before taking the picture -- not my day I guess!! LOL

I think that ten is for me Sandi. You know if you close one eye and tile your head it looks like the red collar that I made for a dress in highschool (it was my favorate) or I guess you already guessed these are also. Good new interesting idea.
