I've been wanting to make these little boxes, but I wanted to make them using a Scor-Pal. I finally received it last week. Here is my box. I used red for the whole box. I put a strip of white snow felt (from my Christmas village) around the brim of the lid. I had drew the face out of peach c/s. The eyes are brads. I added pink chalk for his cheeks and cut 2 tiny strips for his eyebrows. It is on there with the back of the white c/s as the background (cut out a space for to insert the face). I made his mustache by drawing half ovals, used the bubbles CB folder, and cut out. I attached to the face. I cut a small piece of peach c/s and chalked with pink for the edges of his nose as well. I had bought these white feathers at Walmart thinking I could use them for my santa. I trimmed off the fuzzy parts, used spray adhesive around the areas I wanted, like his rim of his hat, beard, and the sides. I cut out 2 leaves and added a red brad for the cherry. I cut out his hat, added a faux tag with the sentiment written and attached. For the cookies: I used my CM circle cutting system and cut out 8 circles. I used the CB bubbles folder on 4 of them. I placed one each of the circles to secure it to the back to make it sturdy. I added hole punch dots for the chocolate chips. I used the scallop circle to make it look like the cookie was eaten. This was really fun to do but is time consuming. I love my Scor-Pal! Thanks for the great challenge! TFL!
