I LOVE these for their practicality and their cost! I love not having post-it notes scattered all over my kitchen and seeing everything crossed off my never ending "to do list". And they're SUCH great gifts. Just seal them with Crystal Effects by lightly "tracing" over the image and you're done! I've been giving these away for years now and doing them for craft shows and they sell like hotcakes! =)

My sister-in-law gave me one of these large tiles. Its beautiful. She used resin that you can get at a local hardware store. She followed the directions on the bottles. To keep the resin from flowing off the edges she used painters tape to make a border. I hope this helps...

Crystal effects ROCKS!!! ;) Now I've even discovered that I can color in the flower with marker, trace everything stamped/colored with Crystal Effects and it's perfect! Doesn't even think about rubbing off! Hooray for CE!!!!! ;)

Step by step for beautiful tiles:
1. Stamp image with Staz On. I let them dry overnight to reduce smearing with the markers.
2. Color image in if desired with SU JOURNALER (Markers will not work - it smears the staz on for some reason)
3. Trace image with crystal effects to "seal" the color/staz on.
4. Enjoy!! ;)

I just made mine! Most of them turned out well but my marker/journalers didn't last through the crystal effects but it still looks good. Dollar tree didn't have the easels but I found some at hobby lobby half off ($2.50). I got the 6x8" tiles at Lowe's....I hope ppl buy them tomorrow!
