I stamped the ribbon images first then masked them off to random stamp the snowflakes.
Sentiment panel is cut with Nestabilites.
Holly is water colored with reinkers and attached with tacky glue.
I used Art Glitter adhesive and Dazzling Diamonds for the larger snowflake centers and holly berries.
Cuttlebug and clear embossing was used to make the three faux brads which are attached with tacky glue.
Paper: Archivers hunter green, unknown shimmer white
Ink: Stampin Up classic Handsome Hunter, Real Red
Accessories: Art Glitter adhesive, Stampin Up Dazzling Diamonds glitter, Cuttlebug for faux brads, clear embossing powder, tacky glue, Nestabilities, paper for masking

Love these two colours together. Love the little holly in the corner of the sentiment.

Roxie - what a beautiful card. I have noticed on several of your cards you mention that you use the cuttlebug to make faux brads - how exactly do you do that? I love my cuttlebug and would love to learn something new with it. Thanks
