Using my Cricut finally! I bought this great flock from ebay, it's awesome and at a good value. I'm covering everything with it. This is a closeup of Santa's beard, the mustash has 2 layers so it puffs out more. All of the trim has 1 layer of flock. Oh, I also added a tiny bit of microfine glitter. The flock comes with a shaker which is the best thing I've ever used for flock. It does all the work for you. I use different glues and found that the tacky glue with a little glycerin (thinner) works the best so far. The flock is extra thick, I add several layers after each one dries, it's tricky but you get wonderful results. Maybe I'll do a tutorial...? To buy the flock contact C.A.R.S. RSW Ent. in Sarasota, FL 34240 1800-736-1307 or [email protected] and ask her for a list, she sells over 50 colors in 4oz containers for what you buy the 1oz store brand and don't forget the shakers.
I used the Stickles Fruit Punch for Rudolphs nose and the tree is made with the Cuttlebug on Black Magic paper (you sand the raised areas to reveal the second color, pretty cool effect). The sleigh I drew swirls and embossed with clear powder and gold pen.
