Hi! This card was made for today's Inspiration Challenge: Felted Garden. Here is the inspiration piece: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Speedy the Cat has a sense of humor. I know this, because the animal will hide in the hallway and wait for Markie to stumble from his bed, late at night on the way to the bathroom...Speedy the Cat will then ATTACK Markie and Markie will scream in delight as they roll on the floor batting each other playfully..... Speedy the Cat doesn't have claws, but he will smack Markie right across the face... I swear, I hear HIM giggling! LOL!
So, in honor of Speedy the Cat's hiding abilities, I used this tiny birdie and hide him behind the petals of the GIANT prima! LOL!
The far background was originally Very Vanilla. I stamped the wiggly tree from VersaMark and embossed it in White. I then sponged Bashful Blue, Pacific Point and Not Quite Navy around the edge.
The prima petals were touched up with Really Rust ink. I also punched some of the leaves and sponged them.

Great card Faith! Did someone get some new Nesties? Love the little bird, too.
