The candle just slides right into the "box". Its a firm enough hold though that the "box" isnt loose on it.
I used a glade candle because they smell really good and were really really cheap. and the labels all just peeled right off without a hassel.
For this candle, the measurements for the "box" are 12" x 3" and scored at 1 5/8", 4 3/4", 7 3/8", and 10 1/2" (the dsp layer is 12" x 2 1/2" and scored at the same measurements)

Cute idea! Guess I'll be buying some Glade candles soon. Love the way you decorated the candle!
(I was able to print the picture and cut and paste your directions into a word file, reinsert the paper with the picture, print and have both the picture and directions on a sheet! Thanks!)
