Needed a quick birthday card for my uncle and was out of ideas so I went to my favorites and got reacquainted with this card by stampinaholic Cycling Brother by Stampinaholic at Splitcoaststampers It was jus the right thing I needed. I was hard pressed to find some masculine background paper so I used this strip from my 6x6 Basic Grey Wassail paper pad. I used the last of my SU Cranberry Crisp card stock and SU Canvas background stamp instead of Linen background. This is the first card I made in awhile without my CB and/or Nestabilities dies. I stamped both the image and the sentiment with SU Black Craft ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

This would also make a great card for a Grand-dad. I like how you have mounted each piece on the darker CS for emphasis & finished it off with the hardware & ribbon. It's fantastic.

What a great male card. Love the cycle image and the great stripe. Your hardware looks great with this card.
