Measurements: red border around image panel - 3 x 3 ¾”, green panel with musical notes - 3 ½ x 3 ¼”, blue panel -4 x 3 ¾” the last two have a 1/16” border.
This was an extremely hard card to photograph; I think I spent more time on the photo than the card creating. Elvis is not as pale in real life and the background papers are not quite as bright as they appear here. Great sparkle too!
WhateverÂ… my sister in law will love receiving this card; she is the biggest Elvis fan ever and has a room dedicated to Elvis items, velvet tapestries, dancing clocksÂ…the works! And itÂ’s the room I slept in on my visits and itÂ’s strange to wake up and have Elvis staring at you! I bet sheÂ’ll never throw this card away!
-Prismacolor pencils and baby oil for image panel. Baby oil is used in place of mineral spirits or Gamsol.
- Art Glitter adhesive and Dazzling Diamonds glitter and Stickles were used for the sparkle. The sparkle snowflakes were punched or die cut from an old greeting card. Diamond Glaze was used to glue the snowflake and stars together and to the card.
-Ink distressing is done with black soot and sea sponge on the red and vintage photo on all but the black panels
-All layers were stamped with a backgrounder image.
