I used this to store acrylic paints fo r tole painting and was just about to get rid of it when I had the idea to add some dowels to make it into a stamp pad holder. I had my husband add some molding to the top as well to hold the reinkers. Spray painted it black and now I can hold all 48 classic pads and still have room for the new colors! I LOVE IT!

Originally, it had 10 horizontal rows for holding bottles of paint. Since there are only 10 rows, I had to double up on 2 rows to get one color family to fit vertically. My husband thinks it might be made of fir not pine. He added the 4 vertical dowels to make the dividers. I've had it for over 7 years and it was literally in the garbage pile before I had the idea to try and modify it. It was purchased for me by my parents from a friend of theirs who was making them for craft fairs, etc. I think you'd have to make one from scratch, if anyone is really interested I could measure it and send you the dimensions. Thanks for looking and appreciating this as much as I do!
