I made this card at my SU demo's stamp night. I already have easily 100 Christmas stamps - but Mr Twigster and me seem to have fallen in love with each other..
You know.. Winter Wonderland
In the meadow we can build a snowman,
Then pretend that he is Parson Brown
He'll say: Are you married?
we'll say: No man,
But you can do the job
when you're in town.
Later on, we'll conspire,
as we dream by the fire
To face unafraid,
the plans that we've made,
walking in a winter wonderland.
Don't tell my dh that I am in love with Mr Twigster.. but help me decide - should I purchase him and make more of these Christmas Cards??
Mr Twigster was masked off, as was the bottem of the circle, and the circle was sponged with night of navy . We used our signo white pens to create the snowflakes.. Of course, as SU demo's do, a number of sets were used! The snowflakes, stamped in bashful blue on bashful blue paper are from the Swirled Snowflakes set in the main Catty.
I'm sure I could dish up Mr Twigster with a little glitter and such to make him just a wee bit more attractive - just as I did with my dear husband 25 years ago. Okay - should I buy him..do you want him in your home as a Christmas Card????
Thanks for looking!

Very cute card with Mr. Twigster! Your post brought a smile to my face. I think a stamp that gives you so much joy should be in your home! Yes... you should purchase him! TFS!

DEBORAH, I THINK YOU AND MR TWIGSTER WERE MADE FOR EACH OTHER, HOWEVER, AFTER PURCHASING ALL THOSE COPICS.......DO YOU THINK YOU SHOULD SPLURGE? I LOVE THIS CARD AND I LOVE WHAT YOU DID FOR THE BG, HOWEVER, I THINK IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THAT MANY XMAS STAMPS YOU COULD USE THE SAME CARD, BUT PUT SOMETHING ELSE THERE IN MR. TWIGSTER PLACE. JUST A THOUGHT, HOW OFTEN WOULD YOU USE IT?? I LIKE SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL STAMPS BETTER FOR MYSELF, BECAUSE I THINK I GET MORE USE OUT OF THEM. AS FAR AS WELCOMING THIS CARD INTO MY HOME....ANY CARD YOU MAKE WILL BE ADORABLE AND A PLEASURE TO RECEIVE. I HOPE I HELPED!! LOVED THAT HH CARD YOU SENT ME AND CANT WAIT TO POST!! HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY!!

Well hello! Cute card, cute layout, I just love the way you masked him off and added the nighttime snow scene... All in all, just a great little card! Now, since you asked, I can't say Mr. Twigster has captured my heart the same way as he has yours. I love seeing snowmen with round bottoms, not twigs in boots so, although I've seen many adorable cards with this little fellow, he's never made my 'have to have it' list. I'm adding this to my faves though 'cuz I have a couple of fat-bottomed snowmen that I want to use with this wonderful layout of yours. So good to see you back creating! BTW, I'll now have that song in my head for the rest of the morning! At least it's sunny and bright with no snow in the forecast!
