For Today's Limited Supplies stamp somthing other than what is really is. I choose to take the 5 petal flower from Pick-a-Petal and turn it into a Gingerbread Man.
I stamped it in Close to Coco, and then drew the features of the Gingerbread Man on with a white Gel Pen.
I did dry raised embossing with the Big Shot and a Cuttle Bug swirls embossing folder.
Our BIG SHOT CAME TODAY!!!!! Yea, Yea, Yea!!!!
I now get to join the ranks of all you wonderfully creative stampers out there who use embossing folders so creativly!
I am soooooooo excited to use it. Unfortunetly our Top Note Die that I have seen used a million different ways on here and the SU website is on Back order! I can not wait for it to get here!
So the red corners are embossed with big shot, and then distressed and defined even more with a silver ink pad.
You can see more cropped and detailed images of this card along with full instructions about how I made it, and lots of Tutorials, 3-D projects, scrap book pages, digital pages, and lots of cards and pictures on my Stamping Blog at:
