First layer- Stamped the image on Naturals Ivory cardstock, with Night of Navy classic ink. Then blender colored image.
Second layer- Stamped again on Cardstock Vellum with Night of Navy craft ink. Then embossed just the water with I.Ice ep very carefully. Colored the backside of image with blender pen. Cut out frame and adheared with pop dots on top of main panel.
Third layer- Stamped Weathered bg with River Rock classic ink onto W.White cardstock. Then stamped image with Night of Navy classic ink ontop of Weathered. Then I colored anything that needed to be and cut out the frame with overlaping birds and taped ontop of vellum image.
White gel pen was used to finish of the birds.
LOL! It looks like I bent the top seagulls wing on the frame just before taking the photo. I used my sister's camera at her house, so there is no fixing it now.

I wondered about using Weathered. It's crackled alright.
I love this beautiful card with the framed picture and the little additions on the card base. So peaceful and tranquil.
