Charlie just had to build himself into a snowman -er- snowhorse this winter!
Image watercolored and polished stone technique on lower panel. More details on my blog link below, but first here are the supplies:

* CS: watercolor, taken with teal, basic gray, glossy white
* INK: taken with teal, mellow moss, going gray, Brilliance black, encore silver
* ACCESS: Cuttlebug flower diecut, scallop circle nestabilities, cuttlebug snowflake diecut, waterbrush, CTMH bitty brads, stardust stickles, cotton ball and rubbing alcohol, sewing machine and thread, SU gray taffeta ribbon, SU scallop edge punch, paper piercer, SU dimensionals

Laurie, this is such a pretty card with the polished stone on the glossy cardstock. Nice effect there and Charlie with his scalloped circle and the dark blue dp behind him, all make for a very wintry feel.
