I intended for the deer to look as if he were lying in the grass, but my daughter says it looks more like he's standing downhill of the horizon. Whatever!
The brackets are from a Simply Scrappin' Kit, colored black with a marker. The thin pumpkin strip is from a Scrappin' Kit, too; I just cut it down.
I had trouble with this card. Stamping the deer, tree, and sunset was the easy part; I just couldn't seem to pull the rest of the card together.

I just read your comments on this card, and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself!!! The main image on the card was superbly done; I can see you struggled a bit with the rest of the card, maybe the brackets and deerprints were a tad too cutesy considering the very serious artful main image you created, but I still applaud your card! I am now going to buy this set and do the deer laying down just like you did ! Bravo!
