I actually played off all three photos Stef uploaded to the challenge here.
Colors from the first photo, hearts from the second and the flowers in the third reminded me of the border punch I used.
Great choices as always to play from Stephanie!
-The image is colored with Prismacolor pencils and baby oil.
-The white piece is border punched first then dry embossed leaving a space for the two narrow strips to be glued on.
-One narrow pink strip is the remains of the border punch and the other from the cut off when fitting the white to the pink panel. I hate to waste!
-The punched hearts are glued to the card.
-The very light yellow puff flowers were just randomly stamped on the background.
