Uses Melanie Muenchinger's Year of Flowers stamp set (from Gina K Designs). This didn't come out quite the way I hoped, but I tried several new things, so it was fun nonetheless. I wet embossed for the first time, the roses in silver. Colored them with colored pencil and a tiny bit of OMS (but had to be careful...the OMS seems to break down the embossing). I used a Cuttlebug folder for the leaves, and painted Shimmerz on the raised parts (again, a first)...not sure of the secret to applying it smoothly, but I don't think it's horrible-looking. I inked an embossed Bohemia chipboard shape by MME with Brilliance Platinum Planet ink. Added some silver ribbon and pink rhinestones. And that's shimmer pink cardstock as the base.

I think it turned out great, our positioning of the roses with the leafy branhc looks like two elegant long stemmeds!
TF the tip on the OMS, I've watercolored my embossed images but haven't tried blending and coloring...
