I missed last weeks' color challenge so it was fun to jump on this pink parade! Thanks, Emily for the color combo.
I have had this Rubber Stamps of America flamingo 4EVER! It seemed the perfect image to use when we are all thinking pink! My card base is from Basic Grey's Sugared paper group...titled beloved! I used my nestabilities to cut an old olive mat. The bird is stamped onto Neenah smooth white with TH di walnut stain. I cut and popped those tail feathers. The tab from Paper Pizazz templates is again on Neenah. I used Authentic Models alpha stamps (Memento rich cocoa and inked the THINK with Marvey Markers (rose pink). I stamped the tab to my old olive panel and added a tiny glittered pink heart from MM. The top is finished off with MS brown twill.
So please let me know how I did with this pink challenge! Thanks so much for your comments
