I, too, did not have any twinkling watercolors...but I wanted to make a card that twinkled, too!!! Hee!
I used my watercolor pencils and waterbrush, then put Crystal Stickles over the entire finished flower...as you can see, the flowers twinkled up nicely! Used older gingham dp, and did some paper pleating to make a sunny, girly girl card!

I've made one of these cards so I can appreciate how difficult it is! Yours turned out very well. TFS! (With my card the pleats went up to reveal a message. Does your card do that?)

The pleats make me think of a blind, with light coming through the bottom. Super sparkly effect - but I can't believe how many people don't have H2Os. Mind you, no Copics or Prismas here so I'm always having to improvise any challenge calling for them.
