The layer under the snowflake is cardstock vellum embossed with the Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder. It's hard to see in the photo, but for added shimmer I dragged the Brilliance Moonlight White pad across the snowflakes and then dusted with Micro Pearl Ex (excess removed with swiffer sheet), which is sealed with Workable Fixative. I also added Dazzling Diamonds glitter using the Quickie Glue Pen. The vellum is adhered to white cardstock (I used SU's Anywhere Glue Stick) and then layered over Soft Sky.
The card base is 5 1/4 inches square. The edges are embossed with the Scor-Pal.

I am a little behind going through the gallery this week and just saw your Monday posting. The snowflake is beautiful!! The bkgrd is very professional looking and sets off the main image so nicely. I thought maybe you had given up on SCS and I was sad. Glad you are back.

Oh my, Linda!!! This is so delicate and so beautiful. I love the soft sky and shimmery white combo. The glitter on the background is just wonderful. LOVE this card.

This is just gorgeous, Linda! I love the combo of Pearl Ex and glitter on the background--the photo picks it up very nicely. I was trying to put my finger on exactly which blue that is, then read it's Baja--very nice! A beautifully uncluttered card yet lots of eye appeal. Just perfect!
