This background with leaves is made using a technique I had been wanting to try for ages. You stamp a couple of leaves, clear emboss them, then stamp again, covering parts of the clear embossed leaves. Then you remove the ink that got stuck on the embossed parts and sprinkle embossing powder at the part that's left. After a while you will get leaves looking like they overlap. In the end you sprinkle clear embossing allover the background leaving a shiny surface (see detail of this card)
The reindeer has a flocked fur and the umbrellatop was stamped on some mullberrypaper and then cut out.
