It took me three tries to get the looks I was after here. On the first two tries I embossed the sun and silhouette images together - but the result wasn't quite right. So....
On this version I started the main image (background) on River Rock paper - with large sticky notes as masks and a brayer in various blues above the horizon, and River Rock, Thyme and Close to Cocoa below. Then on Very Vanilla I masked around a circle-punched "sun/moon" and sponged So Saffton, Mustard and Ruby Red.
I then punched the "sun/moon" out of the VV cardstock, punched an exact circle out of the brayered River Rock cardstock precisely where I wanted the sun/moon to be. I then inserted the punched sun into the hole left in the River Rock cardstock. Not sure how well it shows here - but IRL the sun really Jumps off the paper!
After that I stamped the Silhouette images in Craft Black and embossed them in Black EP. Finally I saw the look I was after!
Also, the HP is SU - just colored using Copic markers to match the brads!
My husband loooooved this card!
