This is for the technique lover's challenge from Sept. 15th, TLC186 Glitter Surprise. So, I pulled out my extremely messy fine cosmo glitter to create this background. I stamped the bg in versamark. I then sprinkled heat & stick powder over it, heated, and sprinkled the light blue fine cosmo glitter over the image. I used the heat tool on it again, to help set the glitter. For the sentiment, I layered the curly label punch over the wide oval punch.
Just a note....if you have pets they WILL roll in the glitter that gets on the floor!

Dorothy, where have you been, girl? I missed your original works of art! This is fabulous. It reminds me of very expensive damask fabric. This is really a gorgeous card. Love it. Glad to see you back.
