This is my second card for this; after discovering I could work the technique with inks I used it to make a bit more of an impact on the card.
I made the background thinking it might work well with Circus Train, but then I got out this fashion stamp from Frantic Stamper, because apart from circus , the colours reminded me of things like masked balls and carnival. No stamps suitable for that, but this lady isn't bad!!
The background was made as per the Batik, colourwash style technique using Print Pattern and some inks.
The lady was stamped with Versafine black onto cream card. I used some trimmings from the background to make little corners, and added black gems. In one corner I added a Prima Painterly Petal with a fancy Doodlebug brad. And some fibres just to finish it off - plain and simple.
