I found, however that the scallop edge punch takes away more paper than the corner rounder, so for my next box, the base (pink) paper will need to be 6 1/4" instead of 5 3/4". For this one, when the lid came up looking a little short, I added the 5/8" strip of green patterned paper on top of the box to give it more balance.
The chipboard frame was colored with ruby red craft ink. It goes great with rhred. I stamped the For You 2 times, and punched the pink one with the square scallop, and the red one with the small oval.
This will be the 3-d project for my upcoming class. I think the group will be pleasantly surprised. Next class we will fill the box with some adorable 3x3 cards! This is intended to be used as a Christmas gift.....if I can get my groupers to give them away! LOL Perhaps I'll set the example by making this one of the door prizes!!!
