Ohmygosh, I loved this challenge! Thank you soooo much!
As soon as I saw the colors, I immediately thought of water and seaweed.
I wasn't able to translate my idea into paper and ink until late last night, so I didn't finish it until tonight. And then it wouldn't photograph. Geez! (This seems to be an ongoing theme with the photographing dilemma ...)
So here is the best photo I could produce during dark time. It's unfortunate that it does not capture the 3D effect of the seaweed nor all the sparkle of the little aquarium ... the glitter was already out for making holiday cards, so I just kept on using it!
Started with a circle of Baja Breeze and gave it a coating of irridescent sparkle EP, layered it over a CB'd layer of Vanilla, then layered that over a base card of Kiwi Kiss. Cut the seaweed out and glittered it with 2 colors which are an amazingly close match to Kiwi and Baja. Then I realized that I had cut the seaweed out of an Old Olive scrap. Duh. Didn't want to start all over again, so I cut some more seaweed out of Kiwi and mixed it up with the Old Olive.
Added some torn pieces of vanilla which I sponged in River Rock and Sahara Sand, clear embossed it and then added some glitter here and there.
Colored the little fishies and crab with Prismas, cut 'em out and intermingled them into the seaweed and sand. Added Stickles to the crab. The shell charm was pewter, so I dyed it with alcohol inks.
Thanks again for the challenge and thanks for looking!

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
