My son turned 15 yesterday, so I pulled out this perfect BasicGrey designer paper and this old sketch challenge.
My card base is Not Quite Navy. Panel One is Slow Mo designer paper layered on Really Rust cs. Panels Two and Three are Really Rust and Not Quite Navy cs respectively. I stamped the sentiment with my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig onto Sahara Sand cs, which is layered on Not Quite Navy cs, for Panel Four. I also sprintzed Panel Four with my Spritzer and Close to Cocoa marker. All edges were distressed. For a little eye candy in the corner, I added some rust-colored Large Eyelets.
There you have it. A perfect masculine birthday card...even if I do say so myself. LOL...

This is great for boys of all ages - great colors and that paper is really wonderful. My DH and sons don't like "foo-foo" things, but metal? Oh yeah - this is perfect! TFS!
