Our neighbors watched our cats for us when we went on vacation so as a thank you I'm putting together a "Movie Night In" giftbag with a giftcard to the videostore, some sweet treats & popcorn. I wanted to keep with the theme so I made a filmstrip. I've seen a lot of these kinds of cards in the gallery so thanks to everyone who shared for the inspiration. The images are watercolored with inkpads & aquapainter except for the red which is a watercolor crayon. I used my paper piercing template & hand held hole punch to get the filmstrip holes. I need more practice with that as some of them are a bit crooked!

I LOVE the filmstrip idea! For those of us without diecutting machines, this is a wonderful alternative!! My husband and I have a wedding photography business, so I always have an eye out for filmstrip and photo-related things. I haven't seen the others you referred to, I'll have to keep looking!
