Well, most frogs don't hang out on frozen ponds during the winter, but my little santa frogs do. I just love these little Penny Black frogs and couldn't wait to ink them up. They are stamped twice, colored with SU markers, cut out and popped up. I created a log with the weathered stamp and an iced pond with the cracked glass technique. The snowflakes were stamped with Versamark and Whisper White craft ink and embossed, then sponged over with Bliss Blue ink. I added Liquid Applique for the snow and some sparkly pom-poms to set off the santa hats, and there you have it. TFL

Cute! Cute! Cute! ... The snow flakes and craked ice on the pond are fantastic. You've made the expressions on the frogs appear to just leap right out. Thanks again.

What a fun card! I love these frogs in their Santa hats. Your techniques were just wonderful and I love the dotted grograin ribbon. Bet someone loved receiving this card.
