not being able to play in last week's color challenge, this combination was fresh for me, Emily! It's all in how you look at it...right?!!! Thanks for so faithfully giving us new color combinations
I've managed to make a simple card, 1 stamp, 4 papers, 2 eyelets and 1 fiber...amazing, I can do it! This awesome Joy quote is an Inkadinkadoo. I stamped it on GP white cs with SU craft real red. I smudged it long after I thought it was dry so I ended up smudging for effect...whatya' think? I used a Basic Grey Boxer print inside the "J" loop. and a BIG eyelet to stand in for the "O". My always artichoke is a scallop mat that I added white baby rick-rac. The cardbase is World Win treasures paper, called pewter.
Thanks so much for looking and commenting, too!

I love your wonderfully joyful card, Susan! Such a great sentiment! What a creative idea to put the DP in the J and the eyelets are perfectly selected and placed! Simply beautiful!

Great card - love the large sentiment and looks wonderful w/the cut out DP behind it.
Smudging? What smudging ... looks like you meant to do it .... lol ... don't point out the defects if you've fixed them, ;)
Great application of the colors and love the layout.
