This card was one I made for a close friend's anniversary.
I was dying to play with the Emerging Colors technique, and the Fabulous Flowers set is so perfect for that!
I used Glossy white CS and the 3 smaller flowers from that set with Soft Sky, Taken with Teal and Certainly Celery inks, and also used the flower-center stamp with Old Olive to cover the white.
Then I used Versamark & Clear EP with the big flower over the top.
I used both brayer and sponge with Chocolate Chip ink to cover the unembossed space.
I went in with Paper piercing around each blossom for added texture (my 7 year old son could not stop running his fingers over the card because he said it was "very good and feely"!)
That's it, very simple and straightforward. I added a few layers, and the Jumbo Brads to hold my ribbon, and I was done.
