J Balcer gave me this idea with her shaker card... Thanks for the window idea.... If my card is too much like yours I will remove my card! I just loved your idea and went with it....

I use the cheapest gel on the stores shelf.. with a blue tint. add a drop of alcohol in the winter to prevent the gel from freezing in the mail. You can also add dazzeling diamonds glitter or clear beads to the gel for added effect. I liked just the gel for this card I found the tiny zipper baggies at my local craft store - craft warehouse. Simply adorable! I have made a similar card, but hadn't thought to use the circle, very clever! I found blue hair jel at the dollar store and the baggies can be found at Michael's.
