I kept the layout she used and changed it from Christmas to halloween.
Used nestabilities to cut the circles. The white Riley circle is raised and Riley himself was cut out and raised. He is colored with prisma pencils, gamsol and sakura glitter pen. Added Markie Mom dots and some ribbon bows on the sides.
