I made this for Beate's BIC #21 challenge - Blogs at Splitcoaststampers.
I really liked this, there were loads of ways to go from it. I took the vase of flowers as my starting point - the vase is a punch, and the flowers are cut from some orange card punched with the scallop circle punch. I thought I had some orange roses in my drawers, but couldn't find them. I stuck florists wire onto the back of each *tulip* and then arranged them on top of one vase, with a few mulberry paper leaves. Then I layered another 2 vases on top, sponging the top one with a couple of shades of yellow to add a bit of depth. I added a little greeting tag with a small oval punch and tied it on with some gold wire.
I liked the drawers but I couldn't fit four on this size card, so I stacked one up the side :-). They are just punched from the same card as the base, scored along the top and bottom and then I added a snap to each one. The base paper is a textured Dovecraft paper which I thought reflected the matting and the baskets. I added little photo-corners made from spare punched squares in the top corner.
Sorry the colours area a bit off, it's pouring rain outside and the light is awful.

This is gorgeous. I love how your little tulips look. Wow, what a lot of work went into this card. The recipient of this card will know they are loved when they see it. The drawers are really cute. I like how you have the one stacked on top of the others.
