This card is for my SIL's 40th birthday. She loves frogs (and fun), and this image came in the mail just in time!
I used this room from the Hotel Fox as my inspiration:Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I used the negative effect on my cb embossing folder for the background, and my gorgeous martini vellum was a gift from sweet Peggy (MarilynPreston) here on SCS!
I used the computer to make the background sentiment on my main image layer, then I colored Max with reinkers and cut him out (painful experience!) and stuck him on over the sentiment. The sentiment was also computer generated, and the '40' is from a Sizzex die cut. The rhinestones and flower brad were a gift from my fabulous friend Terri (thonz) here on SCS!
Thanks for looking!!!!

Darla, this cracks me up! The sentiment and the froggy are hilarious! I'm sure your sister-in-law is gonna love it! You drew great inspiration from the Hotel Fox picture. The cuttlebugged background looks just like it! Great job cutting Mr. Max out! I'm not sure I would have attempted something so delicate. TFS

Oh my, sweet girl! Is this ever a hoot! I love your design and that 2 toned cb panel in the bg is fabulous! Love how you used the computer for that sentiment! Your image is just outstanding and so fun. and then if that wasnt enough, I found that scalloped nestie all blinged up is the greatest. Only one problem though: there really arent many things worse than turning 40! thanks heavens its your SIL and not you, otherwise, I'd have to create a sympathy card!

THIS IS SOO CUTE, LOVE THAT FROG IMAGE! I JUST THINK THAT CB BG IS PERFECT WITH THE FROG/MARTINI! WHERE DID YOU EVER FIND THAT PAPER BEHIND THE FROG? ONE MARTINI, ETC?
