My family recently got together for a not very pleasant occassion. My brother managed to lighten things up a bit by making everyone laugh. He was a real clown, so I have made a clown thank you card for him.
The images were colored with prismacolor. I used my nestabilities to cut out the scalloped squares and circles. I cut a border around one of the punched out squares and used it as a frame around the popcorn. Added a flower brad & eyelets to the scalloped circles. DP was from paper pack from Michaels. I popped up the circle with the brads with a dimensional. A white gel pen was used for the band on the hat and to highlite the cheeks and buttons on juggles pants.
