Oh, it's been so long since I've scrapped!! I made this page for the August mini VSBN -- thanks Lela!!
As soon as I saw the "color between the lines" challenge, I knew I had to get this paper out. It's black and white line art on watercolor paper just waiting to be colored in. I had to buy it but, of course, it's sat on the shelf for months.
I wasn't sure what I was going to do with this paper at first, but when I started coloring the butterflies blue, I knew exactly what this page was for! I cried and colored, and it was good therapy to think about my 18 month old nephew for a while. Journaling reads:
"Someone gave Heather a beautiful poem after Elijah died. Now we all think of him when we see blue butterflies."
