I made this card for the MTVD08 Challenge Contest. The products I've used that have rarely seen the light of day if at all are a wood mounted stamp that I bought I think 4 years ago. I have two others similar that I love, I can just never think of a use for them, what a great excuse to!! Some rickrack ribbon that was my grandmothers and I got after she passed away several years ago. It's probably 20 years old. The little letter "P" and the stars are random embellishments that were in a mixed bag of eyelet like goodies I purchased a year ago and had no idea what I'd do with. (The P is for "Pat"whom I am giving the card to.) The red leather frame I bought in a set at Big Lots 2 years ago and have never used. The stamp is colored in with Rose Art colored pencils (at least 4 years old and hardly ever used) and then blended with my blender pen bought several months ago but never used, lol. The Red cardstock backing is new, the yellow and purple are sheets of scrap and the dotted paper comes from an old set I bought sometime or another at least several months ago if not years, lol. I used the Threading Water punch around the entire rectangle. Then swept yellow shimmer chalk over the yellow rickrack and the definition sticker. I coated the image in Glossy Accents and then used "Glittering Crystal" Scribbles 3d Paint to add a little sparkle to the stamped clouds and stars as well as the punched holes in the edging. I then added silver beads 4 years old to the ends or the rickrack as a little bling.
Looking at it makes me think of the circus.

Sophie, I can't take full credit on the dress. I used the colors recommended on the back of the wooden stamp. Each in that collection seem to already have such great coloring suggestions. I think I might play around with it some though and see how different of a look I could get by using different colors.
Isn't Big Lots great for finding things sometimes? Thank YOU for all the help you've given me in figuring this place out.
