I got this wonderful daffodil stamp while visiting scarppigramma2, and flowergal36 in North Carolina. I was down visiting my folks, but found they were close, so we got to meet. YEAH! We had a great time, Grace, (scrappigramma2) took me to a little stampin store, omg! what a selection! Stamper heaven ladies!!!!
Anyway, I got this great daffodil stamp there, I decided to play with it today, of course, I am totally exhausted, been up since 5am traveling with an 8 year old full of energy! Yikes! Anyway, I made my daffodil with yo=yo yellow, summer sun, and old olive. I cut it with the cutter kit. I am still not up to par yet. My hand finally got time to relax for 4 days. Yeah! Anyway, I can't cut, so the cutter kit is next best thing.
I thought what I would do after I cut it out, then I remembered the color challenge for today. I thought it would look awesome against a black backdrop, so, I used the colors in the challenge, (paper only) black, regal rose, and caramel (I don't have kraft).
I stamped bella toile in black on the caramel. I found, I am going to love using this bg stamp!!!!
Anyway, tfl, and it's great to be back! I'm about 75% now, but I'm back to home and can stamp! Yeah me!!! LOL!
Have a great night ladies!
Again, tfl!
